Istanbul: The event hotel is the Pera Palace Hotel, Pera View Deluxe Room. We have a group rate of €145 per night, not including breakfast or VAT 8%.
The 2nd option for Istanbul is Ramada Plaza Hotel, Osmanbey. It is 2 stops from the venue on the Metro (exit Sishane). The rate is €120 plus VAT 8% including breakfast.
Ankara: The event hotel is the Sheraton, Ankara. We have a group rate of €120 per night (single) plus VAT 8%, breakfast is included. You should arrive in Ankara Sunday 18th or Monday 19th November. The exhibition is on Tuesday 20th.
Baku: The event hotel is the Hilton. We have a group rate of AZN170 per night, including breakfast but not VAT 18%. You should arrive in Baku on Wednesday 21st November. The events are Thursday 22nd, Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th November.
